Returns
We really hope you are very happy with all the items you purchased from us. If for any reason you’re not, please see the sections below for details of what to do depending on how you bought from us, or if you find a fault.
Online Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your item(s) that you’ve bought online or over the phone from us, we will be happy to offer you a full refund.
*Please note that due to hygiene reasons earrings are excluded from our returns policy.
The following conditions must be met or your item will be returned to you:
- You must return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt – this starts from the day the tracking service shows your parcel was delivered.
- The item(s) must be unworn/unused, in re-saleable condition, with all tags and any accessories still attached.
- The item(s) must be unmarked, and have picked up no odours, such as cigarette smoke or perfume.
- The item(s) must be re-packaged carefully.
Please add a note with the returned item to state what is wrong.
If stock permits, we may offer exchanges, otherwise you are welcome to make a new order and we’ll get it out to you as soon as possible.

We’re sorry but Little Green Frog cannot cover the cost of returning the item(s). If you are posting your returns, we recommend you choose a tracked shipping option as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your return to be processed.
Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, please accept our deepest apologies. We carefully check all items and are very sorry if something slipped through the net.
You can return the item(s) using the methods above. If you bought online and would like a direct exchange of the faulty item, please let us know by getting in touch with us.
In the case of faulty items bought online, we will reimburse the returns postage cost (up to a maximum of £6.00), so please retain your tracked postage receipt.
*Please note that if an item has been altered or damaged while in the possession of the customer a claim for a refund or exchange will be denied.
