The following terms and conditions govern the use of this website and outline the legal responsibilities and obligations that exist between you and Little Green Frog (referred to hereafter as ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’, ‘Little Green Frog’ and ‘LGF’).

In placing an order through this website you must have consented to, or are deemed to have read and agreed to, these terms and conditions.
Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to, nor shall, affect any of your statutory and legal rights.

The copying, modification, distribution of part or all of the material on this website is prohibited without express permission.
Goods
While we take every care to ensure that the description of our products on this website are correct, they are not binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products.
Please note that while we try to ensure their accuracy and fidelity, the colours shown on the website can vary depending on a number of factors, including the user’s screen and display settings.
If you are not happy that an item you receive matches the description or photograph please refer to our Returns Policy.
Ordering
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once you place an order you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received by us, but this is not confirmation that your offer to purchase goods has been accepted.
A contract between you and Little Green Frog for the purchase of products will only exist once an order has been dispatched to you. Where this is a Click & Collect order, this will be when the goods are handed over to you.
If for any reason we are unable to fulfil any part of your order we will notify you as soon as possible and refund your payment method within 7 days of doing so. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.
By placing an order you confirm that the information you give us is complete and accurate. If you make a mistake and need to amend a contact or delivery address please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate amendments prior to dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is processed.
Prices & Tax
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT.
If your order is being delivered outside of the EU, VAT will not be charged but the selling price remains the same.
Delivery
All in stock items are despatched as soon as possible, usually within 2 working days of the order being received.
However, any delivery period stated on this website is indicative only and not guaranteed.
If your delivery address is outside of the EU your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which will be levied once your order reaches your country. It is your responsibility to meet these charges.

Special offers and Promotions
From time to time we run special offers and promotions.
We will publish any specific terms and conditions relating to each promotion but unless otherwise stated the following will apply.
Special offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
If a promotion is valid only for orders over a certain amount, that amount does not include postage and packaging (delivery).
Promotion codes cannot be added to an order retroactively.
If a promotion code is applied in error or against the stated terms of the offer we reserve the right to refuse the order.
If a free gift is added to an order and the item(s) that met the conditions for the free gift are returned, the free gift must also be returned.
If a promotion is triggered by a spending threshold and the item(s) returned mean the retained part of the order no longer meets the threshold the returned items will be refunded taking into account this shortfall.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions exclude sale items.
Sets, multi-buys and bundles
If you buy an item that is part of any of the above and wish to return it, the whole of the set, multi-buy or bundle must be returned.
User submitted content (Ratings & reviews, photographs etc.)
By submitting any content to Little Green Frog you guarantee that:
You are the sole owner of the intellectual property rights of the material
That use of the content you supply does not violate any terms and conditions
Use of the content you supply will not cause injury or harm to any person or entity.
You agree that you will not submit any content that:
- Is known by you to be false or misleading
- That infringes any third parties’ copyright or other rights
- Violates any law or legal statute
- Can be considered libellous, defamatory, hateful, offensive or unlawful
- You were or will be given compensation or consideration for from a third party
You agree to grant Little Green Frog a perpetual, royalty-free, transferable right and licence to use, copy, modify, delete, publish, translate, distribute or sell such content without any compensation to you.
All content that you submit may be used at Little Green Frog’s sole discretion and we reserve the right to modify or delete any content as we see fit.
You agree that you, not Little Green Frog, are responsible for any content that you submit.
